Governance Review

At a Council meeting on 12 June 2023, the Council discussed and resolved to undertake a Governance Review and commissioned Leicestershire & Rutland Association of Local Councils.

Over many months confidential interviews were held by Leicestershire & Rutland Association of Local Councils with Councillors and Staff members.

The Council received and accepted the Governance Review at a Council meeting held on 12 February 2024. They agreed to form a steering group to create an action plan to address the list of recommendations and resolved to make the Governance Review Report and the list of recommendations public.
