Owing to objections from Sport England certain matters required rethinking and further measures were agreed and put in place, such as a redesign of the original drawing to include 3m high fencing and a Management & Maintenance Plan for when football and cricket were being played the site plan and Management & Maintenance Plan are listed below:

Signage will be displayed on the gates of the MUGA listing the conditions and dates and times will be displayed of when the MUGA is required to be locked in line with Planning conditions.
